By mistake I ordered the item twice, what do I do?
If you have by any mistake ordered the item twice, please e-mail, or call us with all the details. We will refund the payment accordingly. Notice that if the item was shipped, you have to wait until the item is delivered, and start the RMA – (Return Merchandise Authorization) process and the refund will be made according our Return Policy.
Do we ship outside the USA?
We do NOT ship outside the USA! We only delivery inside the US continent.
If you need to have your order shipped overseas or outside the US continent, and you don’t have a freight forward company in the US, please contact us prior place your order, you can contact us using our contact form or by email.
How do I contact the store about my order?
We offer 2 different ways to contact us, regarding any issue or concern you might have. Simply go to our customer service page and pick the option more convenient to you.
How soon will the order ship?
Our shipments should leave within 5 business days after the date of purchase. Some items require a little longer time due to production time, unless the product is in back-order by the manufacturer.
If I return an item, do I get shipping fees back?
On Non defective Items, the buyer will absorb the shipping charges. On defective items of course, OfficeAutoSales will credit the shipping charges in full. View our Return Policy for more details
When or do I receive a tracking number?
Tracking Numbers will typically be emailed at the time of shipping to you.
Why my credit card statement shows a CoastlineSales charge instead OfficeAutoSeats?
